Here at La Tienda de la Birria from Cherrity Bar, we strive to provide the local area with classically cooked dishes that were learned from our journeys to Mexico. Savage Coffee Co. is a family owned business who aims to serve the community through exceptional and high quality products while creating a movement of inspiration for others who feel compelled to take a chance at starting their own business such as owner, Diana Gonzalez did after a long career in the corporate world. The company name inspired by a song and a dream of starting her own business, Gonzalez, felt the name SAVAGE was a perfect match to describe her tenacity for business and the coffee products she would deliver to her customers. "To be SAVAGE, our drinks needed to stand out and that is why they were created inspired by Mexican flavors, something you would never be able to get at a name brand coffee shop," states Diana Gonzalez, owner of SAVAGE Coffee Co.
